Nestled on the last lot at the end of a cul-de-sac, this soft contemporary style home provides privacy and boundless views for its owners relocating from Seattle. The extremely steep lot posed a challenge, but allowed for an upside-down floor plan with master, study, living, dining, and kitchen on the main level and secondary bedrooms, game room and exercise room on the lower level. The clean and contemporary, yet livable interiors help create sleek, functional spaces that highlight the beautiful views from each room. The exterior consists mainly of stucco with rough-cut and smooth-cut limestone accents and is coupled with Zeroscape landscaping for a low maintenance, natural appeal. A negative-edge pool drops off into the landscape below, while expansive outdoor living and dining spaces shade the large windows opening up the views to the vast scenery beyond.
